HOURS:

Indoor Box Office: Opens two hours prior to an indoor event's showtime. Closes 45 minutes following the start of the show. Indoor events include shows held in the Island Event Center.

Outdoor Box Office: Opens three hours prior to an outdoor event's showtime. Closes 45 minutes following the start of the show. Outdoor events include shows held within The Lot and the Treasure Island Amphitheater.

*These hours do not include Spirit of the Water cruise dates.

Only orders placed through Ticketmaster or the Island Box Office can be located and re-sent on the day of show. Please ensure your tickets are downloaded/available prior to your arrival to avoid delays at the entry.

All attendees must have a valid ticket. For events that permit children, tickets must be purchased regardless of age.

Tickets to all events are non-refundable and are not available for exchange. If the show is postponed, tickets will be honored for the new published performance date. In the event of a cancellation, tickets are refundable at the original point of purchase only.

Tickets must be purchased online at www.ticasinno.com or during open box office hours only. No phone sales. No cash sales. Credit or debit transactions only. Most major credit/debit card providers are accepted.
